OVERVIEW

This shipping policy applies to all customers who purchase from the West Side Fly Guide online shop at westsideflyguide.com. By placing an order through our website, you consent to be bound by this shipping policy and all other legal pages appearing on westsideflyguide.com. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided to notify you if your order was approved or rejected. West Side Fly Guide reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours. In rare instances processing times may be delayed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that some products may be excluded from the free shipping offer. Orders under $99 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. All shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using multiple carriers including USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on your location, package size, and the most efficient delivery method available at the time of shipment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. West Side Fly Guide is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at westleysallen@gmail.com.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has been placed. If there is an issue with your delivery address please contact us immediately at westleysallen@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

West Side Fly Guide is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional assistance contact us at westleysallen@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
